Who we are

Katie Warman

Hey! I’m Katie, a Level 3 certified personal trainer with a background in nursing. After years in healthcare, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career and launched Horsham Fitness.

I’m all about setting and surpassing personal goals. Whether it’s pushing my own limits or helping others reach theirs, I’m always up for a challenge – most recently qualifying for the Hyrox World Championships!

My coaching style is all about motivation and making fitness enjoyable. I want every member to unleash their full potential while having a blast along the way.

When I’m not training or coaching, you’ll find me living life to the full with my husband and football loving son. I’m a foodie, music lover, and I love a festival!

If you’re ready to have fun whilst getting fit

Donato De Vita

I’m Don! Before joining Horsham Fitness I spent over a decade working as a wellbeing Personal Trainer and Gym Manager.

At Horsham Fitness, my goal is for every member to leave class feeling like they’ve had the best hour of their day. I want all members to leave class with a win – whether it’s a big achievement or a small victory, that sense of accomplishment is what matters most.

I love coaching a diverse mix of members, from beginners to advanced. Key principles remain: mastering movement, a personalized progressive approach, nutrition guidance, and motivational support.

Outside of coaching, I challenge myself with competitive fitness events like Hyrox and Triathlons, and play football competitively. I’m half Italian-Irish so big on family. I’m also newly married so when I’m not training or coaching you’ll find me with my beautiful wife, kids and extended family.

Our values

Our goal at Horsham Fitness is to provide expert fitness coaching, delivered in a warm, welcoming environment where there is space for everyone. We strive to ensure that everything we do lives up to our core values.

We believe members are more likely to achieve their goals if they feel supported. At Horsham Fitness our unique and supportive culture empowers and motivates members to be the best version of themselves.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and encourage fun and laughter in every class. We enjoy having fun together as a community and hold member social events across the year.

Using our voice to raise awareness and money for charity is something we feel strongly about and have raised over £15k over the years. Our Christmas Charity Challenge is one of the most anticipated member events of the year.

Our story

Horsham Fitness has come a long way since Katie launched the business with a bunch of kettle bells, boxing gloves and a vision to help everyday people get into great shape. Over the years its grown from a small start up to one of the most established fitness businesses in Horsham.

In 2012 it took up permanent residence at the spacious Horsham Rugby Club grounds. Don joined the business in 2014 and it went from strength to strength. In 2018 they built the first purpose built outdoor training zone in Horsham and later in 2021 built a fully kitted out Personal Training studio. The team has also grown with the addition of Trainer and Sports therapist Libby Nash.

Everything changed in 2020 but whilst the pandemic brought challenges to the fitness industry, Horsham Fitness went from strength to strength as they quickly switched focus to online zoom classes and continued to support and coach members.

Today, Horsham Fitness has a highly engaged membership community. Together with our members we have accomplished great things over the years. For 2024 and beyond, we promise to provide members with challenging class programmes and a supportive, fun, motivating environment, as we strive to achieve the best possible results for our members and ourselves.
