Yes. For example, if you pay for 2 sessions a week/8 sessions a month then you can complete the 8 sessions whenever you like within that month. However you can’t roll your sessions over to the next month.

Please do this via our booking app “Gymcatch”. You can book spaces up to two weeks in advance. Spaces are popular so we advise you book on as early as possible. Please cancel off ASAP if you know you can no longer make a session, this will allow someone on the waiting list to jump onto the class.

Don’t worry. If this happens make sure you add yourself to the waiting list as people often cancel their space nearer the time. Make sure you have your “Gymcatch” notifications switched on so you can be notified as soon as a space becomes free and you can book onto it.

Our training programmes run for 6 weeks. After this we have one “de-load” week before we start the next 6 week programme. We run a reduced timetable during “de-load” week and sessions are designed to be lighter to aid with recovery. This enables muscles to heal and get stronger before the next programme starts.

Horsham Fitness is as much about fun as it is fitness. We frequently run fitness challenges, charity events and socials for members and their families. Please keep an eye out for upcoming events on our app “Spond” and check your inbox.

Once you have signed up for a membership we ask that you give us 30 day’s notice if you wish to freeze or cancel your membership.

We value feedback from our members. Please speak to us directly ASAP so we can address any concerns you may have.
