We run all of our training in 6 week blocks. This means every class you attend is part of a carefully designed 6 week plan that builds week on week – helping you get closer to your goals without the guesswork.

Structuring our training like this helps every member see progress, whatever their goals may be. We know that our members are working towards a wide range of goals:

Why 6 Weeks?

  • See progress in strength & cardio
  • Work through progressive overload safely
  • Master movement patterns like squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls & rotations
  • Experience enough variety to stay motivated without losing focus

For example, a member might start with an 8kg squat in Week 1, and by Week 6 be confidently squatting 16kg.

Across each week we cover a balance of:

Strength Work/Resistance Training – push, pull, hinge, squat, rotate.

Endurance – running, biking, skipping, rowing, skiing.

Mobility – we focus on ensuring quality of movement to enable your body to move freely and easily through a range of motions with coordination and stability.

Attend consistently – whether it’s 2 sessions or 4 – and you’ll see steady progress. If you can’t make a class, we encourage adding extra steps or a short 15-20 minute bodyweight session to stay on track.

Every 6 weeks, we reset the programming:

  • New formats
  • New movements
  • Same proven principles

This keeps things fresh and ensures you’re always being challenged in new ways.
