On top of your classes, you get access to our community and us through our app “Spond”. Here you’ll find information on everything we do! All our workouts, nutrition advice, challenges, socials, events, achievements plus loads more.
Yes. For example, if you pay for 2 sessions a week/8 sessions a month then you can complete the 8 sessions whenever you like within that month. However you can’t roll your sessions over to the next month.
All bookings and cancellations are managed through our booking app, “Gymcatch“. You can book sessions up to two weeks in advance, and as classes are popular we recommend booking early to secure your space. If you know you can’t attend, please cancel as early as possible. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice, as this helps other members on the waiting list move into the session and allows us to plan coaching and equipment effectively. We also ask that members only book sessions they fully intend to attend, rather than holding spots, so that everyone has a fair chance to train.
Yes and we strongly recommend using it. If a class is full, simply join the waiting list in Gymcatch. When a space becomes available, you’ll be notified and can confirm your place. Joining the waiting list also helps us understand demand for different sessions, which helps us plan our timetable and add extra classes where possible. Make sure your Gymcatch notifications are switched on, so you don’t miss the chance to book if a space opens up.
Our training programmes run for 6 weeks. After this we have one “de-load” week before we start the next 6 week programme. These sessions are designed to be lighter to aid with recovery. This enables muscles to heal and get stronger before the next programme starts.
Horsham Fitness is as much about fun as it is fitness. We frequently run fitness challenges, charity events and socials for members and their families. Please keep an eye out for upcoming events on our app “Spond” and check your inbox for our monthly newsletter.
Once you have signed up for a membership we ask that you give us 30 day’s notice if you wish to freeze or cancel your membership.
We value feedback from our members. Please speak to us directly ASAP so we can address any concerns you may have.
Community Guidelines
To help you get the most out of your membership, we’ve put together some friendly guidelines. Please take a moment to go through them, and if there’s anything you’re unsure about, please let us know.
App Guidelines
To ensure you have the best experience with us, we’ve outlined a few key guidelines for using our essential apps – Gymcatch and Spond. Please take a moment to review them, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Class Bookings with Gymcatch
We aim to make our booking system as flexible and efficient as possible, allowing every member to secure their preferred sessions with ease.
Booking is Essential
To maintain the high quality coaching and personalised approach we pride ourselves on, all sessions have limited capacity. Each workout is carefully planned based on the number of participants and available equipment.
Please ensure you book your space in advance—unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins without a confirmed booking.
Cancellations & Courtesy to Others
If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel as early as possible. This allows other members to book in your place, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to train.
Late cancellations or failure to cancel may prevent others from participating, so please be mindful of your fellow members.
