Sessions

For the most part people just want to FEEL GREAT EVERY DAY and that's exactly what Horsham Fitness is all about... we want our customers to be active, be healthy and be happy!

At Horsham Fitness we offer 6 week progressive training programmes designed to meet your individual exercise needs.

Throughout the 6 week programmes we provide 13 sessions a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, this allows a good range of flexibility as to what sessions you can attend. We know you all lead busy lives and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to come to our sessions each week.

So with our flexible scheme you don’t need to inform us in advance of which sessions you will attend. It is completely up to you to decide on a week to week basis. However we do recommend that for maximum results you attend a minimum of 3 times a week, but of course 4 times a week would be even better!

Each session is 45 minutes long and is designed to be fun, friendly and suitable for all ages and abilities.
